Senior Migration Tester | London | £500/d INSIDE IR35 | Insurance | 6 Month Contract | Application Migration | System Migration | Hybrid |

Our client is seeking a Senior Migration Tester / Engineer to join a system migration project.

In this role you will have a specific focus on providing hands on test expertise for application migration projects.

The role requires strong communication skills, technical expertise, and a hands-on understanding of software testing methodologies, best practices and tooling.

Essential Experience Required

  • Proven experience in software testing including test planning, execution and defect management
  • Detailed knowledge of testing methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
  • Experience with CI/CD such as Azure DevOps and Jenkins, particularly in supporting integration pipelines and repeatable validation
  • Proven experience application and data migration
  • Previous experience within Insurance is desirable
  • ISTQB Qualification - essential
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder skills

Education / Qualification

  • Minimum bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required with emphasis in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems Management
  • ISTQB Certification or other industry recognised qualifications
