About The Role

We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our expanding ML Ops team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of artificial intelligence and machine learning, focusing on transforming customer support through the deployment of state-of-the-art models, including large language models (LLMs). You will be instrumental in developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable ML solutions that enhance our customer service capabilities. Working closely with data scientists, backend, mobile, and web engineers, as well as product managers and operations specialists, you will contribute to building robust, production-grade ML systems that understand customer issues and efficiently route them across our global user base. The ideal candidate is passionate about innovative AI applications, has a strong technical background, and thrives in a collaborative environment where continuous learning and improvement are valued.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in machine learning, data science, or AI engineering, with a focus on deploying ML models in production environments.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with familiarity in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with ML Ops tools and pipelines, including model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and experience integrating them into real-world applications.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for scalable ML deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models to enhance customer support operations.
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists to translate research prototypes into production-ready solutions.
  • Implement and maintain ML pipelines, ensuring models are monitored, updated, and optimized for performance and accuracy.
  • Integrate ML models with existing backend systems, ensuring seamless operation and user experience.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements for ML solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and related technologies, applying them to improve our systems.
  • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing to promote best practices within the team.
  • Support operational excellence by troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements in ML workflows.
