Senior Mobile Engineer (React Native)
London (Hybrid – 2 days per week, with flexibility)
Up to £70,000 + Excellent Benefits
The Opportunity:
I'm currently supporting an award-winning, tech-for-good SaaS business that is looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to lead the development of a brand-new React Native application.
This is a genuine greenfield opportunity. Rather than joining an established mobile team, you'll take ownership of the mobile platform from day one, shaping the architecture, technical direction and engineering standards as the product evolves.
The business develops technology that delivers real-world impact at scale, with platforms relied upon by hundreds of thousands of users every year. Their engineering culture is highly collaborative, ownership-driven and forward-thinking, embracing modern AI-assisted engineering practices to help developers work smarter and focus on solving meaningful technical challenges.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
