Senior Mobile Engineering Lead (Flutter)
We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing neurotechnology company for a senior, hands-on lead to head up the mobile team behind a consumer wearable.
Part leadership, part build. You'll take over the existing mobile team, reshape it, hire into the gaps, and set the technical direction for the app, while staying close enough to the code to add value day to day. You'll work closely with Product to turn strategy into a scalable, well-architected app, and with the hardware side to get clean data off the device.

Must-haves:
- A track record leading mobile teams that built and scaled consumer apps, ideally on wearables
- Strong Flutter/Dart depth, with real experience shipping cross-platform across iOS and Android
- Comfort at the hardware/software interface, working with BLE and NFC device communication
- Deep, current fluency with AI tools in engineering, and a clear view on embedding them across a team (and hiring for it)
- Experience handling large-scale or physiological signal data such as PPG a strong plus
- Commercial judgement, and comfort building team and process from a near-blank slate
