Senior Mobile Product Designer (f/m/x) - United Kingdom
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Mobile Product Designer (f/m/x) based in United Kingdom.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Designer to take ownership of the end-to-end native mobile experience across iOS and Android. Working in a remote-first, high-performing environment, you will shape the future of a mobile product used by customers across Europe, identifying where native experiences can create meaningful value beyond the web. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define strategy, validate ideas through experimentation, and deliver intuitive, high-impact user experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, combines strong product thinking with data-driven decision-making, and enjoys influencing product direction through research, collaboration, and innovation.
Accountabilities
- Own the complete user experience for the native iOS and Android applications, ensuring seamless, engaging, and high-quality customer journeys.
- Identify opportunities where native mobile capabilities provide unique value, validating concepts through research, experimentation, and measurable outcomes before implementation.
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define product strategy, prioritize opportunities, and shape the roadmap as an equal contributor within the product trio.
- Lead discovery activities by testing assumptions, gathering user insights, and using quantitative and qualitative data to guide design decisions.
- Create innovative mobile experiences while maintaining consistency through scalable design systems and strong user-centered design principles.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible, accessible, performant, and delivered with exceptional quality.
- Explore and integrate AI-powered tools and workflows to improve product design processes and enhance customer experiences.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience designing native mobile applications for both iOS and Android, with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
- Deep understanding of native interaction patterns, platform conventions, motion design, and mobile user experience best practices.
- Proven ability to lead product discovery, navigate ambiguity, and define opportunities without relying on predefined roadmaps.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting product metrics, conducting user research, and making evidence-based design decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present, defend, and refine design concepts through constructive collaboration.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research teams in agile environments.
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve design workflows and curiosity about emerging AI-driven product experiences.
- Based in Europe with the legal right to work in a European country, alongside excellent English communication skills. German language skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
