SENIOR MORTGAGE CLIENT MANAGER
Location: Studio 3, Strand Studios, 150 Holywood Road, Belfast, BT4 1NY
Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible working hours)

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Mortgage Client Manager who can deliver an excellent client experience while helping keep our mortgage support team organised, focused and moving. This role would suit someone who has already supported, mentored or coordinated a team and enjoys making sure work flows smoothly, standards are maintained and nothing slips through the cracks.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coordinate day-to-day workflow across the mortgage support team, keeping priorities clear and cases moving.
- Manage mortgage and protection cases from enquiry to completion, keeping clients informed and supported.
- Act as a reliable point of support for colleagues, sharing knowledge and helping maintain consistent ways of working.
- Liaise with lenders, providers, advisers and solicitors to resolve queries and avoid delays.
- Help improve processes, handovers, client communication and service standards.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial services administration, ideally within mortgages, protection or a regulated environment.
- Previous experience supervising, mentoring, coordinating or informally leading a team.
- Strong organisation and communication skills, with experience managing multiple cases, deadlines and priorities.
- Confident working with clients, colleagues, advisers, lenders, providers and solicitors.
- Proactive, calm and solutions-focused, with strong attention to detail and high service standards.
We need someone who can be a steady, supportive presence within the team: keeping workloads visible, helping colleagues stay on track, spotting where processes can improve and making sure the day-to-day runs smoothly.
