We are recruiting an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser
To join an established Appointed Representative of HLPartnership.
This is an excellent opportunity for an adviser who wants to increase their earning potential without the constant pressure of generating their own leads.
You will receive 100% warm, pre-booked appointments, allowing you to focus on what you do best: advising clients, building relationships and writing quality mortgage and protection business.
The client base consists primarily of High Net Worth clients within the healthcare sector, providing access to high-quality opportunities, strong case values and significant potential for repeat and referral business.

- Potential earnings of £150,000+ in Year 1
- The possibility of a commission advance during the first six months, subject to agreement, to help support the transition into the role

About You
We are looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser with a proven track record across both mortgage and protection advice.
You Will Ideally Have
- CAS status in both Mortgages and Protection
- CeMAP qualification or equivalent
- A minimum of two years’ experience as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser
- A strong track record of protection conversion
- Experience working with High Net Worth clients, although this is not essential
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A professional and client-focused approach
- Strong organisation and pipeline management skills
- The ability to convert warm appointments into high-quality mortgage and protection business
