Job Title: Senior Motion Designer
Department: Growth Marketing
Basis: Full-time, permanent
Location: Canary Wharf, London - WeWork
Reporting to: Growth Marketing Lead
About the role
We're looking for a founding, hands-on Senior Motion Designer to shape and elevate the Onetrace brand through exceptional motion design and visual storytelling.
This is a brand-new role created to unlock the full potential of motion and video across our company. Working closely with our marketing, design, and commercial teams, you'll own motion end-to-end, creating high-impact content across campaigns, product launches, social, events, and brand initiatives while defining the creative direction and motion language that will support our continued growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior creative who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys building from the ground up, and wants to have a lasting impact on a growing brand.
What this means day-to-day:
- Own motion and video production end-to-end, from concept through to delivery, creating a continuous stream of high-quality content across campaigns, product launches, social, events, and brand initiatives
- Build and evolve Onetrace's motion language, defining the principles, pacing, and style that make our brand instantly recognisable in motion
- Proactively identify opportunities where motion can increase engagement, improve product understanding, or strengthen our brand, rather than waiting for briefs
- Create engaging animations, motion graphics, and promotional videos for social media, digital campaigns, email, product marketing, and exhibitions
- Turn complex product features and workflows into clear, compelling motion content that informs and engages
- Lead video editing, colour grading, sound design, and final asset delivery, ensuring every piece meets a high creative standard
- Partner closely with marketing, commercial teams, and external agencies to deliver impactful creative that supports business goals
- Take ownership of project quality, timelines, and delivery standards, helping establish scalable motion design processes as the function grows
- Explore and adopt new creative tools, including AI-powered workflows, to improve efficiency, experimentation, and the quality of our motion output
- You're comfortable making decisions, managing priorities, and taking responsibility for outcomes
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
