We're Hiring! Senior Motion Designer / Producer
Remote (UK) | Full Time | £35k to £45k DOE | Initial 6-month contract
We're looking for a full-time remote team member to join our small, ambitious studio.
This is a client-facing role for someone who can create explainer videos and promotional animation from concept to delivery, as well as produce projects through our trusted network of specialist suppliers. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to Rival's original IP development.
We start with an initial 6-month contract, with the intention of making it a long-term role if it's the right fit for everyone.

Your skills will include:
- Creating high-end motion graphics and character animation
- Storyboarding and creative development
- Creative direction and a strong eye for quality
- Excellent communication and client management
- Scheduling and managing multiple projects
- Producing work with freelance artists and specialist suppliers
Bonus skills:
- AI production workflows
- 3D animation
- VFX
- Unreal Engine
