What you’ll do
As a Senior 3D Motion Designer, you’ll be our resident 3D specialist, driving intelligent and refreshingly different motion design across all brands within Landor. You will be responsible for bringing brand systems to life through high-impact visual effects, particle physics, and photorealistic 3D animation—swinging effortlessly from client work to high-stakes pitches. In this role, you will take ownership of your own workload, projects, and client interactions, managing timelines and presenting concepts with confidence. You’ll collaborate closely with our Design Directors and creative teams, combining technical craft with bold storytelling to push our work into new dimensions, while keeping the studio inspired by discovering and sharing the latest sources of creative and technical stimuli.

What you’ll need
You’ll bring deep experience in 3D motion design within a fast-paced agency or studio environment, supported by a portfolio or showreel that demonstrates conceptual thinking, versatility, and technical mastery. You'll be comfortable managing your own workload, leading project pipelines, and building strong relationships with clients and internal teams alike.
Key skills and tools required:
- Expert proficiency in Houdini and Cinema 4D (or Maya/3ds Max), with a strong focus on advanced pack and particle simulations, fluid dynamics, and complex material rendering.
- Strong skills across the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end 3D motion projects, from initial concept and storyboarding to final render and delivery.
- Experience managing client conversations, pitching motion concepts, and guiding broader project teams.
- Strong art direction and an eye for how motion integrates into global brand identity systems and physical/digital touchpoints.
- Excellent organization and time management, with the ability to handle tight deadlines, navigate changing priorities, and keep cool under pressure.
- Being adaptable, collaborative, open to direction, and passionate about mentoring others will help you thrive in this role.
