Senior Motion Graphics Designer (TV / Content)
Location: London
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office
Salary: £45,000–£55,000
The Opportunity
We are working with a leading UK creator brand looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer to help raise the visual quality and production value of its long-form content.
Working closely with the editing and creative teams, you’ll create high-quality motion graphics, animations, visual effects, and branded assets that can be integrated seamlessly into final edits. The role will cover everything from titles, transitions, and on-screen graphics through to more ambitious animated sequences, explainers, and visual effects for premium YouTube content.

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality motion graphics and animated assets for long-form video content.
- Design titles, transitions, lower thirds, call-outs, maps, infographics, and visual effects.
- Produce graphics packages that can be easily integrated by the editing team.
- Work closely with editors and producers to understand the creative direction of each video.
- Develop graphics that enhance storytelling, comedy, pacing, and audience engagement.
- Build reusable templates and graphic systems to improve consistency and efficiency.
- Deliver organized project files and assets for the wider video team.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, Motion Designer, or similar.
- A portfolio showing high-quality work across entertainment, digital, television, or branded content.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Strong knowledge of Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Excellent understanding of animation, typography, composition, and timing.
- Experience creating motion graphics specifically for video and working closely with editors.
- Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar would be advantageous.
- Experience across premium YouTube, television, or high-end digital content would be highly desirable.
