About This Role
We are looking for a talented Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join our award-winning creative team. In this role, you will create captivating visual stories for global brands, leading complex motion graphics projects from concept to delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about motion graphics careers who wants to work on diverse, high-impact projects. What You Will Do
As a Senior Motion Graphics Designer, your daily motion graphics work will include:
- Lead motion graphics projects from initial concept through to final delivery
- Create high-quality 2D and 3D animations for brand campaigns, explainer videos, and social content
- Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and clients to develop compelling visual narratives
- Mentor junior animators and share best practices with the team
- Stay current with motion graphics trends, techniques, and software developments
- Participate in client pitches and present creative concepts professionally
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards

What We Need
To succeed in this motion graphics career, you should have:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in motion graphics or animation
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator
- Strong skills in Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D software
- Excellent understanding of animation principles, timing, and composition
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse motion graphics projects
- Experience with character animation and rigging is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Experience with Lottie animations for web and app
- Knowledge of expression scripting in After Effects
- Experience leading or mentoring team members
- Understanding of sound design and audio editing
- Familiarity with Figma or Sketch for design collaboration
