Compass Associates are proud to have exclusively partnered with Welbeck Health Partners for the opening of their brand-new hospital, boasting 12 specialties equipped with the latest technology and world-renowned consultants dedicated to delivering the best patient experience.

Capitalising on the success of their London flagship hospital, their new site will offer a wide range of medical diagnostic and same-day minimally invasive services, including heart health, lung health, digestive health, ENT, endoscopy, and neurology.

This is a very exciting opportunity for an individual who wants to help to shape a growing, but established healthcare organisation.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior MRI Radiographer with exceptional interpersonal and clinical skills to join our team at our new, state-of-the-art multi-specialty Welbeck centre. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in establishing and growing one of the most exciting developments within the Welbeck Health Partners network. You will work alongside leading consultants across multiple specialties to deliver outstanding patient care and operational excellence. As the centre develops and expands, this role offers significant scope for professional growth and the opportunity to contribute to shaping the future of premium healthcare delivery in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality MRI radiography services while supporting clinical excellence initiatives to enhance patient care and overall patient experience.
  • Operate and maintain MRI imaging equipment to deliver high-quality diagnostic services, while providing cross-modality support across the department in line with the business needs.
  • Lead and support imaging services by taking responsibility for the safe and efficient day-to-day running of the unit, including responding proactively to emergency situations.
  • Contribute to innovation and service improvement by trialling and implementing new imaging technologies, techniques, and workflows to improve patient outcomes, efficiency, and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, governance, health and safety, and accreditation requirements while supporting the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of quality assurance and continuous performance improvement by monitoring service delivery, evaluating outcomes, and contributing to action plans focused on patient satisfaction and clinical quality.
  • Support staff development and team leadership through training, mentorship, supervision, and line management responsibilities to ensure a skilled and effective imaging workforce.
  • Facilitate safe, efficient, and evidence-based patient pathways across MRI and wider imaging services, ensuring excellent patient care from screening and diagnosis through to biopsy and follow-up procedures.

Requirements

  • HCPC registered
  • BSc in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent
  • 3+ years postgrad UK experience in MRI
  • Cardiac MRI experience desired but not essential
  • Paediatrics experience desired but not essential
