An amazing opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and highly competent MSK Physio
Who will enjoy working in a vibrant, growing Physiotherapy practice, based across our multiple sites in Surrey.
We are looking for the right person to join our clinical team with the exciting opportunity of developing and progressing into a future management roles and Clinic Lead positions.

You’ll want a very competitive base with extremely lucrative bonus structure – the opportunity to earn 35-50k pa within 12m regardless of experience.

- Training and Support – We are all about a continuous learning culture. We want to grow our practitioners, share best practice and achieve amazing outcomes for our patients. We provide 90mins CPD time a week and ongoing mentoring for our full time practitioners.
- Full Induction and initial training – Every new team member will go through a full training package. We will show you how we operate, how to integrate into the team and provide continuing support over the coming weeks and months. We provide support and mentoring in the early days to ensure you are not left on your own, but shown how to quickly progress. In fact, it never really stops.
- Generous salary – Fantastic Bonus opportunities. Our clinicians are able to earn up to £45-50k including bonus within 12m.

WHAT WE DO
We provide Physiotherapy and exercise-based rehabilitation to thousands of patients across Surrey. We specialise in MSK and rehab complimented by an excellent Women's Health and Paeds team but our patients also love our Sports Massage and Pilates services. We are completely focussed on providing amazing outcomes to our patients. We use data to prove our pathways work and inform our patients of the best treatment options. We then use the data to refine our pathways to keep up with the most effective and up-to-date techniques and ensure we evolve our service continually.

THE TEAM
The large clinical team is heavily supported by a Clinical Lead and the Clinical Director. We have a wide range of experience within our team with many having worked in the NHS before moving into the private sector. We have clinicians who have excelled in the sporting world and those who have worked hard to develop their skills in a specialist area, so we have most things covered. Most importantly we also enjoy a fun away event twice a year!
