Senior MuleSoft Developer
As a Senior MuleSoft Developer, you will sit at the centre of our technical delivery team in London. You will architect, build, and deploy enterprise-grade integrations on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, connecting complex backend ecosystems (Salesforce, SAP, legacy databases, REST/SOAP web services) using MuleSoft’s API-Led Connectivity framework (System, Process, and Experience layers).
You will work closely with Solution Architects, Salesforce Consultants, and client stakeholders to translate complex business needs into secure, performant, and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- API-Led Integration & Build: Design, develop, and test System, Process, and Experience APIs using Anypoint Studio, RAML, and DataWeave 2.0.
- Architecture & Governance: Establish integration patterns, reusable data models, security policies (OAuth 2.0, mTLS, JWT), and error-handling strategies across CloudHub and Runtime environments.
- DevOps & Testing: Implement robust MUnit test suites (>80% coverage) and automated CI/CD pipelines (Git, Maven, Jenkins/GitHub Actions) for zero-downtime releases.
- Technical Leadership: Conduct rigorous code reviews, enforce coding standards, and guide other developers within the practice.
- Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead discovery sessions, document source-to-target field mappings, and articulate technical decisions clearly to technical and business audiences.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
