About the Role

Are you a Senior Multi-skilled Plumber who takes pride in installing high-quality, reliable plumbing systems? Join our growing modular building manufacturing and installation team, where you will bring vital utilities to life. In this role, you will install, test, and maintain kitchens, toilets, washroom facilities, hot and cold-water services, and waste systems. Beyond core plumbing, your expertise will focus on installing and commissioning sustainable climate solutions, including heat pumps and air conditioning systems within our modern modular and portable buildings.

You will work within our advanced manufacturing facility and support installation projects on customer sites throughout the UK. If you enjoy variety, precision work, and seeing the direct impact of your craftsmanship from the factory floor to the final site installation, this is the perfect move for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install & fit out: set up complete plumbing systems within modular buildings, including hot and cold-water services, waste pipework, and sanitaryware. Install kitchens, sinks, toilets, wash basins, showers, water heaters, and all associated fixtures.
  • HVAC systems: Install, route, and commission heat pumps and Air Conditioning (AC) systems within modular structures, ensuring optimal system integration and performance.
  • Technical accuracy: read and confidently interpret plumbing drawings, technical specifications, and installation layouts to ensure precise setups.
  • Test & inspect: pressure test, commission, and inspect plumbing systems. Ensure all installations strictly comply with current UK Building Regulations, Water Regulations, and British Standards at every stage of the build.
  • Maintain & repair: carry out plumbing and HVAC modifications, maintenance, and repairs both in our manufacturing factory and on customer sites across the UK.
  • Records & reporting: maintain accurate records of completed work and report any installation issues or defects.
  • Tools & equipment care: ensure all tools, plant, and equipment are maintained, inspected, and stored correctly.
  • Quality of work: aim for a "right first time" standard to minimise snagging, defects, and call-backs, while keeping accurate records of your completed work.
  • Collaborate & support: work closely with supervisors and colleagues to hit production schedules and meet crucial customer deadlines. Lend a hand to other trades during manufacturing or installation when needed and undertake other reasonable tasks to support the team.
  • Safety & housekeeping: work safely in line with Company Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality systems. This includes maintaining excellent housekeeping standards in the workshop and on sites, looking after your tools, participating in toolbox talks, safety briefings, and immediately reporting hazards, near misses, or unsafe conditions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
