Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who You Are

You are a multidisciplinary designer with exceptional taste and a strong understanding of the beauty category. You have a strong ability to translate strategic briefs and target market understanding into functional yet memorable design and experiences.

You are equally comfortable designing a premium product page in Figma, developing packaging for a new product, refining a visual identity or creating the design system for a new campaign.

You do not need every design decision prescribed to you. Give you the strategic objective, brief, brand direction and references, and you can develop the execution independently.

You understand how to balance brand, aesthetics, usability and commercial objectives rather than designing purely for visual appeal.

You are meticulous about detail, highly organised and capable of maintaining a consistently high standard while working across multiple projects. Most importantly, you care deeply about design and want to help build a distinctive beauty brand across every visual touchpoint.
