An established food manufacturer is seeking an experienced Senior National Account Manager to join its commercial team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-profile customer-facing role, taking ownership of a major Discounter account while supporting an ambitious commercial growth agenda.
You'll inherit a well-established customer relationship while leading Joint Business Planning, commercial negotiations and cross-functional execution.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage a strategic Discounter customer account
- Own customer P&L and commercial performance
- Lead Joint Business Planning
- Deliver sales, profit and volume targets
- Manage forecasting and promotional investment
- Drive innovation and new product launches
- Build strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with Category, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance

We're Looking For
- National Account Management experience within FMCG
- Experience managing major UK grocery retailers
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Proven ability to deliver profitable growth
- Ability to quickly build credibility with customers and internal stakeholders
