Senior National Account Manager – International QSR

Up to £80,000 + £8,000 car allowance + bonus

West London, Hybrid

This is an opportunity to take ownership of one of the most strategically important growth channels for a globally recognised consumer brand.

The business has already established strong foundations within the international QSR channel. It is now ready to accelerate - developing deeper customer partnerships, opening new doors and securing a greater presence across major restaurant groups throughout EMEA.

This is a newly created, highly visible role offering genuine strategic ownership and significant influence across the organisation. You will work directly with senior commercial leaders, international customers, master franchisees and strategic distribution partners to unlock multi-market opportunities and establish long-term partnerships.

It is an integral appointment for the business and an opportunity to create a lasting impact across a channel with significant untapped potential.

The opportunity

You will take the lead on the regional strategy for major multi-market QSR customers, combining direct customer engagement with collaboration across an established international partner network.

Your initial focus will be on understanding the business, strengthening its network across the channel and building credibility with the stakeholders who influence international customer decisions. From there, you will develop opportunities capable of delivering transformational growth over the next two to five years.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You may already be operating at Senior National Account Manager level, or you could be a high-performing commercial or international account leader ready to take on broader strategic ownership.

You will also demonstrate:

  • Strong relationships or an established network within the QSR ecosystem.
  • Experience managing international or multi-market customers.
  • A consultative, credible and commercially astute approach.
  • The ability to influence senior stakeholders without relying on formal authority.

  • The judgement to balance long-term relationship building with commercial delivery.
  • An understanding of category management and insight-led selling.
  • Creative thinking and a solutions-focused approach to overcoming objections.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally when required.

The foundations are in place, but the future strategy, customer network and growth story are still there to be built.
