Senior National Account Manager – Out of Home

Are you an experienced FMCG sales professional with a strong background in Away From Home, B2B or non-retail channels?

We’re working with a well-established, growing business within the Personal Care space who are looking for a Senior National Account Manager to take ownership of their Away From Home channel and play a key role in driving its continued growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of strategic account management, new business development and commercial ownership, with the opportunity to make a real impact across a growing channel.

The Role

As Senior National Account Manager – Out of Home, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering the commercial strategy across a portfolio of non-retail customers, including healthcare, facilities management, schools and wider out-of-home markets.

You’ll take ownership of key strategic accounts, identify and convert new business opportunities, negotiate contracts and drive sustainable, profitable growth.

You’ll work closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Category, R&D, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure customers receive the right products, pricing and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the Away From Home growth strategy in line with wider business objectives.
  • Own channel budgets, forecasting and commercial performance.
  • Manage and grow key strategic accounts, identifying opportunities for range expansion and increased revenue.
  • Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities.
  • Manage complex tenders and commercial negotiations.
  • Build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver product, pricing and service excellence.
  • Support value engineering and new product development initiatives.
  • Use market data, customer insight and commercial analysis to identify opportunities and shape strategy.
  • Act as a category expert, confidently presenting product benefits, construction and performance to customers.
  • Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events and trade shows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
