Senior National Account Manager

Location: Hybrid (London) or Remote – with regular travel to retail partners and UKLASH HQ

About UKLASH

UKLASH is one of the UK's fastest-growing premium beauty brands, transforming the lash, brow, and hair growth categories through innovative, efficacious, and high-performance products. Available through leading prestige retailers including Boots, Selfridges, Sephora, Harrods, and John Lewis, we're on a mission to become the global authority within the lash, brow, and hair growth categories.

Alongside UKLASH, you'll also play a key role in driving the growth of gróa - our Gen Z/Alpha focused sister brand, designed for the next generation of beauty consumers. With major international retail expansion already underway, this is a unique opportunity to shape the success of two high-growth brands with ambitious global plans.

As we continue our rapid retail expansion across the UK and internationally, we're looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Senior National Account Manager to take ownership of some of our most strategic UK retail partnerships.

The Role

This is a high-impact commercial role responsible for managing several of our largest UK retail accounts, including Boots, Selfridges, and Sephora.

You'll own the full relationship with each retailer - from annual business planning and negotiations through to promotional planning, forecasting, and new product launches. Alongside delivering ambitious sales targets, you'll work cross-functionally to create best-in-class retail activation, education, and in-store execution.

You'll also manage our London Retail Sales Ambassador - supporting their development, aligning on store rotas, and ensuring exceptional execution/education across our key prestige retail doors.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
