Senior National Account Manager – Prestige Beauty
London | Hybrid
The Opportunity
This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of three of the most influential retail partnerships in prestige beauty.
Joining a globally recognised, high-growth premium beauty business, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the UK commercial strategy and accelerating performance across a portfolio of strategically critical accounts.
This is far more than an account management role. You’ll have genuine ownership of your customers, building ambitious joint business plans, identifying new growth opportunities and bringing together commercial, marketing, digital, retail and supply teams to deliver exceptional execution.
For someone who knows prestige beauty, understands how to unlock major retail partnerships and wants significant visibility within an ambitious organisation, this is an opportunity to make a real commercial impact.
What You’ll Own
As Senior National Account Manager, you’ll have end-to-end commercial responsibility, developing the relationships and strategies that will drive sustainable, profitable growth.
You will:
- Own the commercial strategy, budget and performance of your accounts, delivering against ambitious revenue and profitability targets.
- Build and execute compelling Joint Business Plans, turning customer and consumer insight into clear growth opportunities.
- Develop influential, senior-level relationships across buying, merchandising, ecommerce, marketing and retail teams.
- Lead commercial negotiations across terms, investment, promotional activity, launches and wider partnership opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to accelerate market share, distribution, productivity and brand visibility across both physical and digital retail.
- Partner closely with Marketing to create powerful retailer activation plans, ensuring launches, campaigns and key trading moments cut through.
- Use performance data, category insight and retailer intelligence to challenge thinking, spot opportunities early and make confident commercial decisions.
- Own forecasting and account planning, working closely with Demand Planning and Supply Chain to maximise availability and minimise risk.
- Maintain a rigorous understanding of account P&Ls, investment and ROI, balancing top-line growth with long-term profitability.
- Act as the internal voice of your customers, influencing cross-functional priorities and ensuring brilliant execution against shared goals.
- Keep a close eye on the competitive landscape, retailer strategy and evolving beauty consumer to ensure the business remains one step ahead.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
