About Refyne

We Are Refyne is a specialist executive search agency dedicated to the Beauty, Wellness, and Aesthetics industries. We partner with the sector's most ambitious brands to find the commercial talent driving their next stage of growth.

About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing portfolio of globally recognised beauty brands, spanning cosmetic tools and accessories sold through major retailers across the UK and internationally.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Sales Director, we're looking for a commercially sharp Senior National Account Manager to own our client's relationships with two of their most important high-street retail partners.

You'll drive retail sell-out and grow market share across the brand portfolio, in store and online. This is a role for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and genuine appetite to shape what comes next, you'll take full ownership of account strategy, manage the customer P&L end to end, and build the relationships that get decisions made. The goal: sustain and grow the business for long-term success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
