Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior National Account Manager to drive performance across key grocery customers and play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of the company's success.

What you will be doing

  • Own and lead the Grocery, Retail Multiples & eCommerce strategy
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with buyers and key stakeholders across retail customers.
  • Develop, negotiate, and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs), where appropriate to do so.
  • Ensure strong margin management, cost control, and return on investment.

What are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of experience managing Grocery accounts.
  • Experience working within the Drinks industry is preferred but not essential
  • Full P&L ownership.
  • Commercially sharp with strong negotiating skills and a genuine passion for sales.
  • Someone who is a strong communicator who can influence decision makers.
