We are partnering with a leading international Food & Beverage company to identify an experienced National Account Manager to accelerate business growth across the UK market.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional with a strong track record in managing national retail accounts, building strategic customer relationships, and delivering sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the UK market.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key national retail customers.
  • Lead annual negotiations, joint business planning, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive profitable growth.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure flawless execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer performance to identify opportunities.
  • Deliver sales, profitability, and market share targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a National Account Manager or Key Account Manager within the Food & Beverage or FMCG industry.
  • Solid knowledge of the UK retail landscape
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Fluent English is essential.
  • Italian language skills would be considered a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK

Our client offers a salary aligned with your expertise and dedication, fostering equity. The salary for this position is from £60.000, plus MBO. The final compensation offered to the candidate and the classification level may vary based on factors that emerge during the selection process, always in accordance with objective and gender-neutral criteria, such as the candidate's skills, seniority, background, and the qualifications required for the position.
