Job Description

Born in 2008 among the artists and influencers of Los Angeles, Morphe instantly disrupted the beauty industry by making artist-designed, professional-quality brushes affordable and accessible. As the brand grew—into eyeshadow, blush, bronzer, lip, and more—so did its fanbase of unapologetic makeup lovers. A loyal community that we remain incredibly grateful for!

Over the years, Morphe continued to break boundaries, fuelled by iconic collaborations, internet-breaking launches, and an ever-increasing community. Today, Morphe exists to celebrate the inner artist in everyone by empowering beauty beginners and professionals alike with the tools and products to express themselves, unapologetically.

Summary Of Position

As Senior National Account Manager, you will lead the commercial strategy and performance of key strategic wholesale partnerships across the UK & ROI. With full P&L accountability for designated accounts, you will be responsible for delivering profitable sales growth, increasing market share and brand ranking, and building strategic, long-term retailer partnerships.

Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Planning, Operations, Field & Education and Finance, you will develop and execute Joint Business Plans that deliver against Morphe’s commercial and brand objectives.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days per week at a work location (our Marylebone office, stores, customer sites etc) and 2 days from home.

Principle Accountabilities

Account Management

  • Own the commercial strategy and full P&L for designated wholesale accounts, delivering revenue, retail sales, gross margin and profitability targets.
  • Develop and execute annual Joint Business Plans for each key account, translating company and brand strategy into clear commercial priorities and growth plans.
  • Build strong, senior-level relationships with buyers and key retailer stakeholders, positioning Morphe as a strategic partner.
  • Lead regular retailer business reviews and strategic meetings, ensuring clear actions, accountability and delivery against agreed objectives.
  • Identify and deliver opportunities to increase distribution, market share, brand ranking and productivity across existing accounts.
  • Partner with Global Brand teams to optimise product assortment, launches and category opportunities by retailer.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
