🥤 Senior National Account Manager – Wholesale & Convenience
£60,000–£70,000 + package | London | Hybrid

An established FMCG business with a growing drinks portfolio is investing further in its Wholesale and Convenience channel. This is an opportunity to take ownership of strategically important customers, unlock new distribution and help shape the next phase of growth across Impulse and Out of Home.

The Role

  • Lead key Wholesale and Convenience relationships, including major national customers such as Booker and Costco.
  • Develop and deliver joint business plans, promotional strategies and profitable customer growth.
  • Identify new distribution opportunities across Wholesale, Convenience and emerging Impulse channels.
  • Build strong relationships across buying, commercial and category teams.
  • Work closely with the Channel Controller, creating greater capacity for wider new business development.
  • Support the longer-term expansion into Out of Home and Foodservice channels.

About You

  • Strong National Account Management experience within Wholesale and Convenience.
  • Established knowledge of major customers, ideally including Booker and Costco.
  • Commercially sharp, self-sufficient and comfortable taking full ownership of your accounts.
  • Able to balance strategic account development with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Strong new business instincts, with the credibility and contacts to open doors.
  • Drinks or wider FMCG experience welcomed—the depth of your channel knowledge is most important.

Package & Location

  • ÂŁ60,000–£70,000, dependent on experience plus car allowance and bonus.
  • Additional company benefits.
  • London-based with hybrid working.
