2 years from now, this business will have a thriving Foodservice & HoReCa channel.
The question is...do you want to be able to say you built it?
Why You Should Join
Build your company's foodservice & HoReCa channel from scratch. Your way.
Most National Account jobs are maintenance.
- Keep the existing customers happy.
- Grow them a bit.
- Don't mess it up.
Nothing wrong with that.
But if you've got the itch to build something, it'll drive you mad.
Your role is different.
Your company has created it for one reason: for you to build its Foodservice & HoReCa channel from the ground up.
No predecessor or inherited playbook. Just a market with huge potential and the backing to go after it.
You'll be trusted to break into and lead relationships with major organisations including Brakes, Bidfood, Lyreco, Costco, Sodexo, Compass Group or Bookers.
You’ll also have full autonomy to build it your way.
Micromanagement kills good salespeople.
If you're experienced enough to build a new channel from scratch, you shouldn't need asking permission every five minutes.
We’ve placed 2 people under Tony, your new leader, and they tell us he is the opposite of a micromanager, he’s there to support, have fun and give you the freedom to showcase your skills in the way that suits you best.
You’ll also have the chance to genuinely progress your career forward. Most companies mean you'll get a new job title in five years and a £3k pay rise if you're lucky. That's not what we're talking about.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Whether that's leading an expanded National Accounts team, moving into a Sales Director position, progressing into a European Sales role or taking on wider commercial responsibility, Tony was clear that this role has the potential to become something much bigger.
What you’ll be doing
- You’ll develop new national accounts from scratch, targeting industry giants like Brakes, Bidfood, Lyreco, Costco, Sodexo, Compass Group or Bookers.
- You’ll have the chance to shape these relationships from the ground up, setting the standard for future account management.
- To help boost your success and vary your role you’ll also inherit an existing account (Alliance) totalling £3m in revenue per year.
- Your role will initially be 70% new business focused and 30% account management focused but overtime as you win those large foodservice accounts, your role will transform into a full account management role.
Where You’ll Be Working
Founded in 1873, your company has grown from a single paper mill in Tuscany into one of Europe's leading paper hygiene manufacturers. Still family-owned today, your business employs around 850 people, operates seven manufacturing sites and exports to more than 50 countries worldwide.
The UK business is on an equally exciting journey, your company has grown from £10m to £20m over the past few years.

With a new UK paper mill due to open in Q1 2027, additional converting capacity in Italy and significant investment across the commercial operation, your business is projected to reach £30 million by the end of next year, representing around 50% growth in just two years.
Timing matters, and you couldn't be joining at a better moment.
With a new UK paper mill, a strengthened sales team, awards won (Caterbar Supplier of the Year and Jangro Innovation Manufacturer of the Year), a major SAP implementation, new warehouse facilities and significant investment across the business, your company is building the platform to become one of the UK's leading paper hygiene manufacturers, and you'll have everything you need to play a key role in that journey.
What you’ll need to Apply
- Proven experience of winning or managing large complex foodservice accounts such as Brakes, Bidfood, Lyreco, Costco, Sodexo, Compass Group or Bookers
- Comfortable building relationships face-to-face, with a willingness to travel nationally and meet customers regularly
- Hold a UK Drivers License
However this Probably Isn't For You If…
- You only want to work for a large corporate business where a lot is done for you.
- Here, you’ll be part of growing this smaller UK operation into something much bigger and you get to be part of that journey
