Remedy Drinks

Remedy Drinks is on a mission to make better-for-you drinks taste anything but boring. With our award-winning Remedy Kombucha and our exciting soft drink range, Sodaly, we’re challenging the traditional soft drinks category with products that deliver on taste, health, and attitude.

We’re growing fast and are looking for a high-energy, commercially minded Senior NAM to help us accelerate our growth across UK Grocery Retail.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the next chapter of Remedy in some of the UK's biggest and most influential retailers.

The Role

As Senior NAM, you will own and drive growth across a portfolio of key UK Grocery retailers, building strong relationships with buyers and turning opportunities into tangible commercial results.

You’ll be responsible for growing both Remedy Kombucha and Sodaly, maximising distribution, securing new product development (NPD) listings and range extensions, and creating standout opportunities for consumers to discover and experience the brands.

This is a role for someone who thrives on pace, opportunity, and getting things done. You’ll combine strong commercial account management with an entrepreneurial mindset, constantly looking for the next opportunity to grow the brands, unlock distribution, and win in-store.

You’ll be a key voice within the UK Sales team, bringing insight from your customers and the wider soft drinks market to help shape our strategy and ensure Remedy continues to stand out.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Build and execute the 3-year plan for the customer base
  • Own, build, and develop high-quality relationships with key UK Grocery retailers across the soft drinks category.
  • Develop and deliver ambitious customer plans that drive sustainable growth and profitable sales.
  • Drive increased distribution for both Remedy Kombucha and Sodaly across existing customers.
  • Identify and secure NPD listings, range extensions, and incremental opportunities.
  • Build compelling commercial arguments to unlock new listings and additional space.
  • Challenge the status quo and find creative ways to grow the brands within existing customer relationships.
  • Ensure new listings translate into strong execution, availability, and rate of sale.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
