In this role as Senior National Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of how we grow Amazon UK and Europe. You’ll lead key Amazon customer relationships, shape commercial strategy and bring our brands to life across digital platforms. With responsibility for both performance and investment, you’ll turn data and insight into meaningful growth. You’ll also build and develop a high-performing team, creating the conditions for both people and business to thrive.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Own and grow key eCommerce accounts end-to-end, delivering strong commercial performance across revenue, profitability and share
- Build trusted, strategic partnerships with customers, leading negotiations and unlocking sustainable growth opportunities
- Shape and deliver best-in-class digital execution across the Amazon advertising platforms (AMS and DSP), optimising content, availability, pricing and promotions
- Lead data-driven advertising strategies, ensuring media investment delivers clear commercial and brand impact
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, setting direction, building capability and driving accountability
- Use insight, data and market trends to identify opportunities, challenge the status quo and accelerate growth
- Manage our external Amazon advertising agency, ensuring timely MBRs and key KPIs are tracked and delivered (eg ROAS, TROAS and NTB %)

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Strong experience managing Amazon (Vendor Central) within FMCG or a similar fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of delivering commercial growth and leading senior-level negotiations
- Deep understanding of eCommerce and retail media, including sponsored ads and DSP
- Experience managing agencies and significant media investment
- Strong analytical mindset, able to turn data into clear, actionable insight
- Ability to lead, coach and develop others while building collaborative relationships across teams
- A proactive, curious approach with the confidence to challenge and bring new ideas
