Some brands play it safe. This one built its whole name on not doing that.

We’re hiring a Senior National Account Manager for one of the loudest, diverse and most talked-about names in the UK craft beer scene. A proper brand – the kind people bring up unprompted, the kind that’s rewritten the rules of its category and the kind that’s still nowhere near done.

Here’s the honest pitch: this is a business with serious momentum, big ambition and zero interest in being ordinary. They’ve gone from disruptor to household name and grocery is one of the biggest levers in whatever happens next.

Why this brand?

Because you’d be joining a brand that’s genuinely going places – not one coasting on a logo. Growth is real, the ambition is bigger and there’s a proper appetite to keep taking on the giants and winning.

The culture doesn’t do corporate for the sake of it. It’s fast, it’s bold and it backs people who’ve got a point of view. If you’ve been stuck somewhere that treats grocery like a spreadsheet exercise, this is the opposite of that.

And this is a role with room to grow. You’ll have real ownership from day one, the backing to go and win and a seat close enough to the action to actually shape the strategy – not just deliver someone else’s.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What's in it for you?

This isn’t a caretaker job. You’ll own 2 x Top 4 grocery accounts, build the plans, lead the negotiations and help shape where the brand goes next in the off-trade.

And you won’t do it alone. You’ll have a National Account Manager reporting to you so you’re not just growing accounts, you’re developing a person too. It’s a genuine step up for someone ready to lead.

What you will be doing?

  • Owning a group of 2 x major grocery customers. You’re their senior point of contact and they know it.
  • Building joint business plans that actually stick – sales, profit, market share, the lot.
  • Leading the real negotiations. The ones with proper stakes and a buyer who came to play.
  • Reading the market. What’s selling, what the competition’s up to, where the open goals are.
  • Getting marketing, supply chain and finance rowing in the same direction.
  • Coaching your NAM to be brilliant – not just busy.
  • Keeping senior leadership in the loop with numbers that mean something.

Who you are?

  • You’ve managed national grocery accounts – and you’re genuinely good at it.
  • You can negotiate hard without being a nightmare to deal with.
  • You use category insight to win deals, not just to fill slides.
  • You’ve led people before – or you’re itching to.
  • You’ve got drive, a will to win, and you don’t need babysitting.

We value experience. We just don’t worship a CV. If you’ve got the grocery grit, the commercial nous and the appetite to lead, we want to hear from you – even if your career hasn’t followed a tidy straight line.
