Our client is a highly established and respected player within the coffee category, with a strong presence across the UK market across Foodservice and E-Commerce. The business has an ambitious growth agenda and is looking for an experienced commercial professional to strengthen its grocery and convenience channel strategy.
Description
As Senior National Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the commercial strategy across key grocery and convenience customers.
You will:
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategically important national accounts.
- Develop joint business plans and customer strategies to deliver revenue, profit and market growth.
- Build strong, senior-level relationships with key retail and wholesale customers.
- Identify opportunities across distribution, ranging, pricing, promotions and shopper activation.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, category, supply chain and finance teams.
- Lead negotiations and commercial reviews, using data and insight to influence customer decisions.
- Play a key role in shaping the wider channel strategy and future growth plans.

Profile
A successful Senior National Account Manager should have:
- Proven experience in account management within the FMCG industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Capability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

Job Offer
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially astute Senior National Account Manager with a proven track record of delivering growth within grocery, convenience or FMCG. You will ideally bring:
- Strong experience managing major grocery and/or convenience accounts.
- A track record of delivering commercial growth and building compelling customer plans.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to turn insight into action.
- Confidence operating at senior level, both internally and with customers.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with the drive to identify and deliver new opportunities.
- Genuine passion for the coffee/FMCG category and a desire to make a visible commercial impact.
