Senior National Account Manager – Top 4 Grocery

Beauty & Personal Care Category
Central London x 3 days per week

A leading global beauty business is hiring a Senior National Account Manager to accelerate commercial performance across major UK retail partners, including Tesco and Sainsbury’s. This is a high‑impact, senior commercial role with full P&L ownership, strategic customer leadership and significant cross‑functional influence across a fast‑paced, brand‑led portfolio. Positioned as number two in the division, it offers clear progression to Controller level.

The portfolio is in sustained growth, having more than doubled in turnover over the past five years through exceptional customer partnerships and a disciplined long‑term commercial strategy. With a major wave of NPD launching in 2027, this is an exciting moment to join a business investing heavily in innovation, category leadership and future capability.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
