Some brands you manage. This one you get to help build.
We're working with a global snacking brand that's become a genuine phenomenon — the kind of name that sells out, trends online and pulls a cult following wherever it lands. It's now scaling hard in the UK, backed by one of the biggest food businesses on the planet.
This is a brand people already love, on a growth journey most people in this industry only dream about — and this is a seat at the top table of it.
Why should you care?
Because you'd be a driving force behind a brand's UK growth story, not a bystander to it. Serious backing, serious ambition and the freedom to actually shape how this plays out. The commitment to this brand runs right to the top of the business, so the support is there and so is the room to grow, including internationally. If you've been waiting for the role where your fingerprints are all over the results, this is it.
What you'll actually be doing
- Owning the biggest grocery relationships and leading the top-to-top conversations that move the needle
- Building and owning the Joint Business Plans that turn ambition into listings, launches and long-term growth
- Running the full P&L — full accountability for volume, value and margin
- Planning promotions and protecting availability so the brand's there every time a shopper reaches for it
- Working hand in glove with Trade Marketing to make retail media and activation punch above their weight
- Keeping forecasts sharp and steering stakeholders across the UK, European and global teams

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
