Role: Senior National Account Manager

Salary: £75,000 + Package

Location: Remote

Ready to take ownership of some of the UK's most strategic B2B customer relationships?

We're partnering with an ambitious, market-leading manufacturer to recruit a Senior National Account Manager who thrives on building long-term partnerships with major UK food manufacturers.

This is a high-profile role with genuine autonomy, giving you responsibility for developing and growing relationships with some of the UK's best-known food manufacturing businesses. You'll work closely with senior decision-makers, identifying commercial opportunities, leading negotiations and delivering sustainable, profitable growth.

If you enjoy working with complex customers, influencing multiple stakeholders and developing strategic account plans rather than simply managing transactional business, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the Head of Sales, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of major B2B accounts across the UK food manufacturing sector.

Working collaboratively with internal teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Product Development, you'll ensure customers receive exceptional service while identifying opportunities to increase revenue, improve profitability and build long-term partnerships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
