We’re looking for a Senior National Account Manager to join our UKI team. In this role, you’ll manage the daily relationship with a portfolio of our largest restaurant partners, using data-driven insights to grow their sales and help them achieve operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the National Accounts team. Working with partners of this scale means you will often tackle challenges that Deliveroo is facing for the first time, directly shaping the future of how we collaborate with the world's largest food brands.
Here’s What Your Day-to-day Might Look Like
- Strategic Relationship Management: Act as the primary consultant for a portfolio of major restaurant partners, managing weekly operational meetings and high-level performance reviews.
- Data-Driven Insight: Monitor and analyse partner-specific goals, creating compelling narratives from complex data to show partners where and how they can improve.
- Consultative Growth: Increase revenue and health metrics by advising partners on best practices for selection, pricing, and service levels.
- Operational Training: Deliver in-person training sessions for key partners covering operational best practices, Deliveroo insights, and on-site troubleshooting.
- Regional Collaboration: Partner with regional Commercial Managers to identify and prioritise growth opportunities across specific UK zones.
- Marketing Integration: Work with restaurant marketing counterparts to design and deliver campaigns that create long-term value for both the partner and Deliveroo.
- Cross-Functional Advocacy: Identify opportunities to deepen relationships by involving and working with Deliveroo’s Marketing, Operations, and Product teams.

What You’ll Need To Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
- Partnership Expertise: Proven experience in account management or a strategic partnerships role, ideally within a high-growth technology or marketplace environment.
- Analytical Rigour: The ability to manage large datasets and translate them into clear, applicable insights that drive business decisions.
- Communication & Influence: Effective relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate and present confidently to senior stakeholders.
- Operational Agility: A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Collaborative Mindset: A team player who can work across functions to deliver complex, multi-layered projects.
