MacGregor Black is partnering with a food and snacking manufacturer on the appointment of a Senior National Account Manager to lead its relationships with Morrisons, Asda, Aldi and Lidl.
This is an influential role in a developing commercial team. You will shape account strategy, strengthen customer partnerships and convert category, product and manufacturing capability into sustainable growth. An Account Executive will support the portfolio and report into this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial plans, negotiations and senior relationships across the four retailers.
- Prioritise opportunities by customer fit, margin, operational capacity and likely return.
- Own account performance, forecasts, promotional plans and commercial reporting.
- Coordinate NPD, technical, supply chain and manufacturing teams through customer projects.
- Coach the National Account Executive and raise the standard of account analysis and execution.
- Bring external perspective and constructive challenge to commercial decisions.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong FMCG grocery account experience, ideally across more than one major retailer.
- A record of delivering growth alongside margin and service performance.
- Sound judgement on retailer differences, ranging, promotions and negotiation.
- Experience developing a junior commercial colleague.
- Strong analytical skills and curiosity about tools that make sales planning more effective.
