Senior National Account Manager – Non-Food Powerhouse

Location: Leeds

Salary: £59,000 – £65,000
Car Allowance: £6,500
Bonus: 10%
Pension: Matched up to 7%
Health Plan: Bupa Cash plan
Holiday: 26 days

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the day-to-day and strategic relationship with key retail buyers, leading joint business planning and trading activity
  • Deliver revenue and margin targets, balancing commercial returns with operational excellence
  • Identify and land profitable solutions across seasonal activity, supply challenges, and category performance
  • Lead internal alignment, working with merchandising, operations, product, and marketing teams to deliver the plan

What You’ll Need to Bring

  • Strong account management experience with a major retailer, managing complex and seasonal categories
  • Commercial focus, with a track record of delivering growth and profitable outcomes
  • Confident stakeholder management, both externally with customers and internally across functions
  • Analytical thinking, comfortable using data to shape decisions and challenge plans
