Lead One of the UK's Most Strategic Retail Partnerships
A leading international food manufacturer is looking to appoint an experienced Senior National Account Manager to take ownership of a major retail account within its rapidly growing Own Label division.
This is a highly visible commercial leadership role, offering full P&L ownership and the opportunity to influence customer strategy, innovation and long-term business growth.
Working within a collaborative commercial team, you'll develop category-leading customer plans while partnering with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Category, Supply Chain and Operations.
The Opportunity
You'll take responsibility for a strategically important customer, driving profitable growth through exceptional account management, Joint Business Planning and commercial execution.

This role is ideal for an experienced Senior National Account Manager or established National Account Manager looking for greater ownership and long-term progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of a major grocery customer P&L
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans
- Deliver sustainable sales, profit and volume growth
- Lead annual commercial negotiations
- Drive range expansion, promotional strategy and innovation
- Build senior customer relationships
- Work closely with Category, Marketing and Supply Chain teams
- Support new product development and launch activity
- Identify long-term commercial growth opportunities

About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Significant FMCG National Account Management experience
- Experience managing major UK grocery retailers
- Strong Own Label or Fresh Food background
- Proven success delivering profitable customer growth
- Excellent commercial and negotiation skills
- Experience leading complex Joint Business Plans
Package
- Up to £85,000
- £7,000 Car Allowance
- Annual Bonus
