Drive Growth Across a Portfolio of Market-Leading Food Brands

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a growing branded food business seeking a commercially ambitious Senior National Account Manager to lead one of its key national grocery partnerships. This is a strategic customer-facing role with responsibility for driving profitable growth across an established portfolio of household food brands. You'll work closely with senior leadership to shape customer strategy, maximise category opportunities, and deliver sustainable commercial success.

The Role

As Senior National Account Manager you'll:

  • Own a major grocery customer relationship
  • Develop long-term customer strategies
  • Lead Joint Business Planning and annual negotiations
  • Deliver revenue, profit, and market share growth
  • Manage promotional investment and commercial performance
  • Partner with Category, Marketing, and Innovation teams
  • Lead new product launches and customer activation plans
  • Use insight to unlock new commercial opportunities

You'll bring:

  • Strong National Account Management experience within branded FMCG
  • Experience managing major UK grocery retailers
  • Excellent commercial, analytical, and negotiation capability
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
