The Role
An exciting opportunity for an ambitious National Account Manager looking to step into a highly visible role within a market-leading FMCG business. Taking ownership of the Sainsburys account, you'll be responsible for delivering commercial growth, building senior customer relationships, leading negotiations and creating customer plans that drive both short and long-term success. You'll work cross-functionally with teams including Category, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, while also developing and coaching a direct report, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on commercial delivery.

The Ideal Fit
- Proven experience managing and growing major UK grocery accounts within an FMCG environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales, profit and market share growth.
- Experience building and executing customer business plans that drive sustainable growth.
- Confident negotiator with the ability to influence and build credibility with senior customer stakeholders.
- Skilled in analysing promotions, investment spend and ROI to maximise commercial performance.
- Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships across Sales, Marketing, Category, Finance and Supply Chain teams.
- Strong forecasting, planning and budget management capabilities.
- Previous line management or coaching experience would be advantageous.
- Highly organised, self-motivated and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance FMCG environment.
- Passionate about brands, customers and delivering exceptional commercial results.

Salary and Location
- Salary: Up to £73,000, plus company car or allowance, bonus, pension, healthcare.
- Location: Home based.
