£70,000 + bonus

We’re working exclusively with a well-established gift and toy company behind a brilliant mix of own-brand ranges and much-loved licensed products, sold through retailers globally.

With ambitious growth plans and new leading licenses secured, they’re looking for a Senior National Account Manager to continue to grow the business with UK and Irish retailers, with a particular focus on the grocers.

This is a role for someone who is well-connected, experienced at opening new accounts and has the commercial experience to turn that first listing into a long-term, profitable partnership.

What you’ll be doing

Winning new business

  • Identify the UK and Irish retailers with the most potential, starting with the grocers.
  • Thoroughly understand the customer’s strategy, shoppers and category – approaching them in a well-informed way that lands.
  • Build strong relationships with buyers and their wider commercial teams.
  • Bring bespoke ranges to life with own brand and licensed propositions that can be tailored to each retailer.
  • Lead negotiations from the first conversation right through to range on shelf.
  • Fly the flag at buyer meetings, BLE, Toy Fair and other key industry events.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
