Senior National Account Manager : Food and Beverage Business : London : Up to £70,000 plus package
I am very excited to be partnered with one of the leading Food and Beverage businesses in the UK currently. This business has a strong track record in growth, development, and brand management.
We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior National Account Manager who has experience working closely with the UK's leading retail accounts. This role will focus on developing relationships, managing new business, and growing the brand's portfolio through their white label production.
The Senior National Account Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering the commercial strategy for the white label side of the business, balancing multiple projects and customer requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Senior National Account Manager Role Includes
- Managing and developing relationships with key grocery and retail customers.
- Leading multiple customer projects from initial concept through to launch and beyond.
- Developing and implementing year-long customer and range plans to maximize growth opportunities.
- Identifying and winning new business across the white label channel.
- Negotiating commercial agreements and managing customer expectations.
- Working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification, and commercially successfully.
- Driving growth across existing ranges through innovation, range development, and commercial opportunities.
- Identifying market and customer trends and translating these into actionable opportunities.
- Owning commercial performance, profitability, and growth across your customer portfolio.
- Acting as a key point of contact between the business and senior customer stakeholders.

The Ideal Senior National Account Manager Candidate
- Experience in a National Account Management role within FMCG, ideally drinks, food, or a related consumer goods environment.
- Experience working with major grocery or retail customers.
- A strong understanding of white label/private label or customer-specific product development.
- Proven experience of winning new business and developing existing accounts.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational ability.
- The confidence to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with a genuine desire to identify and deliver growth.
