The role:
- Working on 2x strategically important accounts for the business (top 4 Grocery), managing a multi-million £ P&L.
- Will hold full P&L, JBP and relationship management responsibilities for a significant volume of the business.
- Identify business opportunity and implement strategy – working to drive and deliver business targets.
- Highly rewarding role, managing 2 of the fastest growing accounts within the business.
- There is lots to go after within role, due to the growth plans of the retailers. The business is well positioned to succeed within the account base and there is a huge growth opportunity.

Ideal candidate:
- Will have experience within FMCG – packaged goods experience is preferred
- Will have experience managing top 4 Grocery accounts and has proven success within the channel.
- Ability to demonstrate growth of accounts and track record in developing and delivering JBPs.
- Will have either branded or own label experience (own label is beneficial)
- Will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and be a skilled negotiator.
- Ability to build internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Personable and team player – works well as part of a large, cross-functional team
