SENIOR NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - UK Grocery

Better-for-you drinks. Anything but boring on the shelf.

At Remedy, we've built our name on making healthier drinks that don't taste like a compromise. Our award-winning Remedy Kombucha and our cheeky new soft drinks range, Sodaly, are shaking up a category that's been crying out for something with more flavour, more attitude and more fizz. We're growing fast, and we need more fridges, more shelves and more shoppers reaching for a Remedy.

We're looking for a National Account Manager – Grocery to own some of the biggest names in UK grocery and turn them into genuine growth partners. If you love the buzz of walking out of a range review with new listings, the satisfaction of watching rate of sale climb, and the challenge of convincing a buyer that the category needs shaking up, keep reading.

Based in our London office, with regular time in-office expected. You'll sit in our UK Sales team, reporting to our Head of Grocery & eCommerce. This is a role built on energy and collaboration, not managing accounts from a distance.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning the accounts, not just managing them. You'll build and deliver a 3-year plan for your customers, developing the kind of buyer relationships that go beyond the quarterly catch-up. Growing distribution for Remedy and Sodaly, landing NPD listings and range extensions, and finding creative ways to win more space. That's the job.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Winning the argument. You'll use customer, category and market data to build selling stories buyers can't ignore, and position Remedy as the most exciting growth partner in soft drinks. You'll keep a close eye on competitors and market trends so you're always a step ahead.

  • Making the numbers work. Accurate forecasting, trade spend and claims, promo tracking, weekly and month-end reporting: you'll keep a tight grip on the commercials so growth is profitable, not just loud. When something's off track, you'll spot it early and have a plan to get it back. And you'll work hand-in-hand with supply chain so every listing is backed by rock-solid availability.

  • Bringing the brands to life in-store. Working closely with Marketing, you'll create customer-specific activations that get shoppers talking, from sampling and events to feature space. Every activation will be commercially sharp and built to deliver.

What you'll bring

  • Proven account management experience in FMCG, ideally soft drinks, food or another fast-moving category
  • Experience managing major UK grocery retailers, with strong buyer relationships to match
  • A track record of winning new listings, range extensions and distribution growth, and the numbers to prove it
  • Sharp commercial and negotiation skills, with the confidence to challenge customers and sell a compelling story
  • A solid understanding of the UK grocery and soft drinks landscape
  • A knack for turning data and category insight into real growth opportunities
  • An entrepreneurial mindset: you see opportunities and make them happen
  • The energy and resilience to thrive in a business that moves fast and doesn't sit still
