Senior National Account Manager – Grocery

£60,000–£65,000 + 20% bonus + car/allowance and benefits

Home-based | Tesco plus one other major retailer

Join an established €250 million European food group manufacturing innovative chilled and frozen products across party food, vegetarian, snacking, dairy, pizza, and convenience categories.

You’ll take full commercial ownership of Tesco plus one other major grocery retailer, developing customer strategy, leading negotiations, and working with NPD to secure new listings and expand existing ranges.

This is a highly autonomous role within a close-knit UK commercial team. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your customers in your own way, backed by extensive manufacturing capabilities across the UK and Europe.

Requirements:

  • Grocery account-management experience within the food industry
  • Private-label or retailer own-brand experience
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • The ambition to take ownership and influence customer strategy

The company will consider either an established Senior National Account Manager or an ambitious National Account Manager ready to take the next step.

Package:

  • £60,000–£65,000 basic salary
  • 20% bonus
  • Company car or £5,400 allowance
  • 8% pension
  • 33 days’ holiday
  • Home-based working

Location:

Home-based role with attendance at the South Wales site is expected approximately once per week.
