The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Native Marketing Manager to lead our B2C Native team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover, starting in January 2027. You’ll own the performance of MVF’s native advertising channel (Taboola, Outbrain, Mediago and others) for the B2C RoW team, setting and hitting monthly targets, leading and developing a team of Native specialists and executives, and running your own portfolio of campaigns.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll set the team’s rhythm and standards, own our key platform relationships, work with clients and commercial teams on performance, and turn long-term channel strategy into quarterly objectives the team can deliver. You’ll also shape the 2027 Native roadmap, so you’ll join at a point where your thinking will influence where the channel goes next.
What you’ll do
-
Team performance and targets
- Own delivery against team targets, and share an end-of-month performance review with the wider team.
- Run a personal portfolio of native campaigns, hitting targets, keeping up with new platform features and best practice, and owning creative strategy and content for your subcategories.
- Own the Native team meeting cadence: weekly stand-ups, weekly spot-check and extrapolation reviews, monthly performance reviews and long-term strategy sessions.
- Report Native KPIs in the weekly leadership meeting and make sure the team’s work is focused on improving them.
-
Strategy, process and analysis
- Translate divisional long-term strategy into quarterly objectives for the team, with clear ownership and accountability.
- Review performance weekly, including missed demand post-mortems, long-term channel trends and disposition deep dives, and weigh channel opportunities against commercial and historical data to find new revenue.
- Work with the team leads on a weekly performance review process that feeds leadership goals down into day-to-day optimisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
