Main Purpose
The Senior NDT Coordinator is responsible for management of the interface between Bilfinger and the Fabrication partner. Responsible for a small team of NDT coordinators, the Senior NDT coordinator shall ensure safe, effective and efficient working and liquidation of backlog. In addition to the backlog, the senior NDT coordinator shall implement working practices, build relationships, attend planning meetings, and drive forward productivity of the NDT teams.

Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate execution of NDT scopes.
- Attend planning meetings, ensuring NDT is added as a stage gate.
- Influence fabrication partner to ensure scaffold, lighting, and relevant enabling works are completed.
- Track backlog and develop liquidation plans.
- Manage a small team of coordinators, develop and coach as required.
- Act as single point of contact for Fabrication partner and BUK.
- Represent Bilfinger at planning meetings, raise awareness of BUK requirements, raise awareness of backlog, and support the fabrication partner in resolution of blockers.
- Champion right first-time methodology.
- Hold the fabrication partner to account for shortfalls.
- Monitor, track, and feedback on progress against the defined plan.
- Produce a priority list request based on project requirements for consideration by the client.
- Identify bottlenecks within planning, inspection, and reporting processes.
- Support the implementation of digital workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Health, Safety & Environment
- Promote a strong safety culture across all NDT activities.
- Ensure personnel comply with company and client safety requirements.
- Support incident investigations and corrective action implementation when required.
- Participate in safety meetings, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Reduction in last-minute resource conflicts.
- Improved client satisfaction scores.
- Monitor progress of backlog liquidation.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role within the Inspection Industry (5+ years).
- Sound working knowledge of NDT and ANDT equipment, its use, application, and maintenance.
- Radiation Protection Supervisor competence and Qualification (ARS) preferred, not essential.
- Awareness of NDT codes, standards, and procedures.
- Currently or previously held CSWIP 3.2 Welding Inspector.
- Ability to lead teams.
- Ability to influence others.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, active listener, and ability to provide coaching and support.
