Senior Negotiator - Full Time Permanent
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Senior Negotiator to join our estate agency branch in Morden on a full time, permanent basis.
Key Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Access to own vehicle with business use insurance cover
Responsibilities:
- Generate and conduct property viewings
- Identify new instruction opportunities
- Negotiate offers between all parties
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of mortgage services
- Display excellent customer service at all times
