Role: Senior Negotiator
Location: London, UK/Hybrid - could be remote
Contract duration: ASAP to end of 2025 with likely extension
Rate: Market rate via Rockford
The Roles
We are looking for several Senior Negotiators to support one of our investment banking clients who are looking to grow their negotiation team.
Role And Responsibilities
- Negotiating various industry-standard agreements.
- Negotiating and reviewing other regulation-driven documentation.
- Undertaking due diligence prior to and post completion of agreements.
- Mitigate operational risk by demonstrating excellent attention to detail.
- Liaising with businesses, credit officers, legal department and external counsel.

Experience & Skills Required

- Legally qualified, in any recognised British or European jurisdiction
- Experience negotiating ISDA agreements or other industry standard documents
- Regulatory Initial Margin experience
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work to demanding deadlines (workflow & time management)
- Ability to work independently & as part of a rapidly changing team
- Demonstrate an ability to work with honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness
- Be deadline driven with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and proactive team player, who takes ownership and accountability of projects
- Have strong numerical and decision-making skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple activities and prioritise tasks
- Confidence to escalate issues to leadership team
- Pro-active approach and ability to identify solutions to operational challenges
